How to position and install the plastic injection mold on the injection machine?

　　The positioning and installation of the injection mold on the injection machine must ensure the space position after the installation of the mold, so that the nozzle of the injection machine is consistent with the center of the sprue sleeve of the mold, and the mold should be firmly and reliably fixed on the injection machine. According to the structure of the mould, the moving mould can keep the reliability of the front and back movement when the parting and closing mould are made. The restrictive requirements are: fast, safe, and not worried about the problems of the injection machine.

　　Generally, the coaxiality error between the nozzle and the sprue sleeve center on the injection machine is 0.1mm. If the external dimension of the mold is taken as the datum, the longitudinal and transverse position of the mold installed on the mold plate of the injection machine can be determined. If the wedge block is used as the positioning support, the positioning ring on the mold can be omitted. As shown in the figure below, the V-groove on both sides of the die is used as the positioning bearing surface for installation and positioning, so the positioning ring can be omitted.
